Amphibia has been providing innovative adventure based development programmes and events since 1999. Our services include a full range of leadership, team and organizational development solutions.
By truly understanding your organization, team and personal needs, we develop a bespoke programme that develops a strategy to overcome even the most complex of organisational challenges. We will help assist with rebalancing, realigning and refocusing your leaders and teams.
Amphibia's three main areas of expertise include:
Leadership Development
Personal Development
Team Building
Programmes begin with understanding the organisation's core values and objectives before developing an approach to improve performance.
Participants are tested in our unique experiences designed to take them outside of their comfort zones. This enables us to truly analyse the individual or teams behaviour and develop suitable training measures that will help to boost future performance.
We focus on building competence for organizations at all levels. Our range of innovative learning experiences and consulting solutions create positive intervening experiences that build foundations for open discovery and exploration of important issues.
We believe it's important to align an appropriate consultant that can implement and appropriate solution into your business rather than shoe horn an in house instructor with an 'off the shelf' solution. For this reason consultants are practicing professionals and solutions are customised to your organisations requirements.

What our customers say?
HSBC contacted Amphibia in 2010 with the requirement to deliver a teambuilding event that would complement their internal graduate development programme.
Amphibia began by building an understanding of HSBC's leadership programme and the key attributes they expect find and continue to cultivate in their graduates: drive, trust, and an aspiration to succeed. It was also vital that the event help build a rapport amongst the group due to the remote nature of the team.
Amphibia suggested HSBC complete The Brett Polo experience which involved participants learning to ride and complete a game of Polo in a day! The Brett Polo Experience was hosted by National Captains Henry Brett and Glen Gilmore who helped HSBC promote the importance of drive, trust and aspiration in establishing a high performance team. The unique nature of the event itself also helped develop a strong bond amongst the HSBC team.
